Photographer Dave Holland came out for a couple of our sessions last week. The Rocky workout is something our trainer Matt Price started doing last year. Its nice to get out of the gym, and is probably one of the toughest workouts we do. Absolutely wrecks your whole body! Not too many words this week, our faces generally say everything you need to know!
