Yesterday was the final day of pre-season for me and things ended on a very positive note. I leave Nakiska feeling good about my skiing and I’m super excited to take that over into Lake Louise.
We had some awesome Super G training to finish off the camp, (no man-made fog!) with our full team and the Norwegians. It’s wicked to watch those guys to see what they’re doing that makes them the best in the world, so I thought I’d share this video. First run is yours truly, second run is Aksel. Enjoy!

Hahaha the feasts at the Chateau this week should help me out a little bit.
If Aksel is staying at the Chateau as well, then you will need to supplement with some donuts… Maybe a fritter or a cruller.
